Fashion, a general term for a currently popular style or practice, especially in clothing, footwear or accessories. Fashion refers to anything that is the current trend in look and dress up of a person. Here in New Orleans fashion can also mean current trends in Mardi Gras or Halloween costumes and masks.  New Orleans is not yet known for its fashion industry, but it is a quickly growing trend. The city is filled with artistic individuals showing off their wares at events or in the French Quarter. Whether it be for fun or fundraising, visitors can feast their eyes on the current fashion trends of New Orleans at fashion events throughout the year.
