Theatre

Theatre is a branch of the performing arts; any performance may be considered theater. The word theater means a “place for seeing”.  All the streets of New Orleans could be considered theaters, because of the musicians, artist and mimes that perform on them daily.  Addition to the street theater, New Orleans has quite a few of exquisite theaters booked with events. Visitors can enjoy off Broadway plays, operas, symphonies, comedies or movies.  The theater can be delightfully old world or technically new age.  The events and theaters are endless.
