Every Saturday night, the city of New Orleans prepares itself for one of the best parties that can be found throughout any large metropolitan area. The Metropolitan Nightclub opens every Saturday at 10 p.m. for VIP and Guest List names, and then at 11 p.m. for the general public. Come and party the night away because we do not close until dawn!

People from near and far come to experience the city's finest high-energy dance club, The Metropolitan. With state-of-the-art LED lighting, an unbeatable sound system, eight VIP table service areas, two private VIP rooms and the friendliest staff in New Orleans, the only place to be on a Saturday night is The Metropolitan. Make sure you call in advance to make your guest list and VIP reservations, because The Metropolitan offers VIP service unmatched anywhere in the city.

Even though it’s a chain music venue, the New Orleans branch of the House of Blues is one of the premier spots for live music. It showcases nationally touring bands and local New Orleans musicians.

It’s mostly standing room, but if you’re not into being in the crowd for a show, venture upstairs to the balcony where an additional bar is located. Bands and musicians usually set up their merchandise tables on the balcony, so you can shop as you enjoy a drink and the great live music.

Even though it has some New Orleans flavor, House of Blues is very much like every other location in the country. However, it’s still a great place to see a live show.

Every Saturday Night the two story warehouse turns into Metropolitan night club and opens its doors as the premier video night club of New Orleans. Two rooms filled with smoke machines, intelligent lighting and strobes set the party atmosphere.

The dance music is provided by resident video DJs Wixx and Ronnie Roux. Watch the video show on one of our 6 flat screen TVs and 4 projectors. Special guest DJs come through every few weeks. DJs such as WIll Smith's Jazzy Jeff, DJ Scene and Lady Gaga's DJ, Space Cowboy.

Two different formats are offered to our customers. Top 40, Hip Hop, Mash Ups, Rock and Pop are played in one room. The second room plays the best in House, Electro, Techno, Dubstep and Breaks. Some amenities offered are valet parking, covered walk ways, 11 bartender stations, coat check on select nights and VIP table service.
